Prayers from God's people
Re: Pastor Sameli and his wife Meena
Praise GOD that by His grace, they honoured Him, in obeying the First Commandment, "I AM the LORD your God... You shall have no other gods before Me" (Genesis 20: 2.3), and in confessing Jesus. Praise GOD, in JESUS' Name, that He helped them and delivered them! May His healing grace, loving kindness and tender mercies be with them and their unborn child.
Father in heaven, I come before Your Throne in the Name of Jesus for the Christians in Egypt and all around the world. I ask for Your angels to protect them and watch over them and their families and open doors to allow them to reach the unsaved with Jesus Love and forgiveness.
Thank You for Your faithfulness. Amen
Dear Father, please support and strengthen your people with your very dear presence. In your presence is everything we need to sustain us. May they be strengthened in their inner man to withstand and endure. We cry out for you God. Move us to respond with compassion to help however we can. Please God we are just people, apart from you, your great love and mercy we cannot stand. You are our helper and our defender. You God are our strong tower. our shield. You are ever present and all powerful. We need you God.
Father, I thank You for the courage of my suffering brothers and sisters around the world. It is only thanks to reading about their suffering and perseverance every week that we have the courage to fight against the evils that are overtaking our country, such as the legalization of killing sick and elderly people in Canada. Lord, deliver us all from evil, in Your Holy Name we pray, Amen.
Father, I pray for the believers in Mexico who are being shunned by their villages and told to renounce their faith. For those who have been displaced and those who have no where to go. Please be their strength and their provider, I pray. May they know that their testimony matters to you and that great fruit will be produced through their willingness to follow you no matter what they face.
"Father, thank you for the testimony of my faithful brothers and sisters in Eritrea who are suffering and in prison for the sake of the name of Christ. I am reminded through their perseverance of that of the early church: "The apostles left the Sanhedrin, rejoicing because they had been counted worthy of suffering disgrace for the Name" (Acts 5:41 NIV). And thank you that this labour is not in vain, but that you are producing fruit through their testimony and witness. In His precious Name, Amen."
Abba Father, Please comfort all who mourn and give them great courage and peace. Surround them with songs of deliverance. May they know Your very near presence and remember that you will reward their faithfulness. May the power of the Holy Spirit be continually on them. Keep them from loneliness and self-pity. Keep their eyes on You Lord Jesus as their awesome example, who did not pay back evil for evil, who went to the cross to suffer and die and rose again to give us new life. Give them hope my Lord. May they trust in Jesus Christ alone to save them. May they read the book of I and II Peter for comfort. May they have deep joy in spite of trials and may they pray for their enemies. "They that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength, they shall mount up on wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint." Isaiah 40. "The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear, the Lord is the strength of my life of whom shall I be afraid? Wait on the Lord, be of good courage and He shall strengthen your hearts. Wait I say, on the Lord! Psalm 27. We wait for the Lord and He shall come! We wait with you in grief and sorrow that only the Lord can know. May you be strengthened with might in the inner man. May your love abound still more and more in all knowledge and discernment that you may approve the things that are excellent and be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ. Phil 1:7-9 ? He will greatly reward you! You are worthy to suffer for His name. Great is your reward in heaven! May you know the joy of anticipation! In Jesus' name, AMEN.
Love in Christ,
We that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak and not to please ourselves Let everyone of us please his neighbor for his good to edification For even Christ pleased not himself but as it is written, the reproaches of them that reproaches thee fell on me. O LORD we seek to be even as you so strengthen brothers in the Lord and sisters to do all as you would have us be as salt and light...in your name, Amen
Father, as Western societies implode into death and hell with more killing of babies and now the legalized killing of sick and depressed people here, You are proved right as You send judgment on the West. Here in Canada, brothers and sisters in the medical profession are now at risk of losing their jobs if they do not join in the killing or if they speak out against this evil. We need the courage of our brothers and sisters who have been suffering for You all their lives. Lord, I hardly know what to pray - only, make us one body around the world, and deliver us from evil.
We thank you Lord for the mighty power you have placed upon us. We know that you have your sight upon us in all thing we are doing. May the people take what you have and continue to use it like you want them to. You're unending grace be with us. May we use it in a way that brings you glory. AMEN
Father, thank you for the endurance of our brothers and sisters which is inspired by their hope in our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Thess 1:3 NIV). Thank you that they have not loved their lives so much as to shrink from death (Rev 12:11 NIV). May you give them so much comfort, peace and grace, in Jesus name."
Lord, I know you care for Aisia because You sent me dreams to tell me to pray for her. You know she is in danger, but you are bigger than any threat. I trust you and your perfect love to take care of Aisia and bring her peace. She is a chosen vessel to you. You see her and you will not leave her alone. Thank you for taking care of her and her family.
I pray that all people(s) who are currently oppressed and/or persecuted by 'the enemy' be delivered immediately, in the powerful name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth! I beseech you, O Lord God Almighty: please shower all the people who are suffering for Your Name's sake, with supernatural Holy Spirit Anointing & Blessing(s), so they may go about serving You all over the world. Please release Your people from all forms of demonic/satanic bondage NOW...! Thank you for answering our prayers here today!
Lord, as a community, we come before You and say thank You.
Thank You that from beginning of time You have set apart times, people and places to seek Your face, Your presence. Thank You for making a division between the holy and the common so that we could see in You all is holy. In You is all, all of our living and all of our dying.
Precious in the sight of the Lord
is the death of his saints.
We want to see as You see, so that we can pray with one heart and one mind, set on the things above. We pray for our persecuted family, the grace to be free, even in the midst of lack, suffering or abuse, the grace to be free to set their minds on the things above.
You call us Your saints, Your holy ones and You also tell us no one comes unless the Father first draws him. It is Your grace and truth that calls us this. Your grace and Your truth that even in trial, Your praise lifts from the lips of Your children,
"Lord, you have assigned me my chosen portion and my cup;
you have made my lot.
The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places;
indeed, I have a beautiful inheritance."
It is all because of You and Who You are, Your character. You counsel even in the night. Even in death You do not abandon. In Your Presence is fullness of joy. We come before You together and say thank You.
We pray that Your counsel would be with our family, that they would know Your waking instruction even as they sleep in peace, as You did for Mary and Joseph.
Rescue them from a powerful enemy and bring them into spacious places, physically and spiritually as we recognize our battle as a family is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces: as we also recognize this is a very, very physical situation.
There is only rest in You. In life and death with You—because You delight in Your children and we delight in You. Draw us all nearer Lord, set our eyes on things above as we look to You. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
"Who is to condemn? Messiah Jesus is the one who died—more than that, who was raised—who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us.
Father, we lift our brother and sister, Shafqat and Shagufta, and their family to your throne. They have suffered so much for being Christians. We ask You to free them from prison and this sentence of death. Our hearts are broken by their suffering. We know that Your heart is a million times more broken than we could ever imagine. Give them strength, courage, and relief from this desperate situation.
In the name of our Lord Jesus and for His sake we ask this, Amen
