Prayers from God's people
Almighty and Amazing God, how I praise you for your majesty, righteousness and mercy. The mystery and miracle of the Resurrection of your Son is too high for me to comprehend, yet I am so grateful for the salvation that was won at Calvary. The enemy was defeated, and in the future will no longer torment your children. Together with Leah and her family, I proclaim that You are faithful, and have our dear sister in your hands. You are powerful and kind...may Leah be protected body, mind and spirit from the Boko Haram who want to harm her. Keep her faith strong, the more she is pressured, may she only stand more firmly. Comfort her family. In the name of our Saviour, Amen.
Father in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name! Your name is a strong tower, we run into it and are safe. I pray your mercy, favor and grace over Leah in Nigeria. No weapon formed against her shall prosper. Cover her and protect her from evil. We, praise God for the release of the recently abducted girls and pray that Leah will be safely released soon. We pray the strength of God for her to stand firm in her commitment to Christ. Send your ministering angels to her and her parents. Lord, Watch over your sheep in Pakistan and overturn wicked laws that are meant to target Christians. Give the lawyers wisdom. thank you O God for the spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Somalia, for it is the Power to save! Thank you God for what you are working in the hearts of your people and for turning the hearts of evil doers to you. Blessed be the name of the Lord. We thank you for all things and are anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayers and supplications with thanksgiving, make all of our requests for our persecuted brothers and sisters known unto you. We know that you hear us! And if we know that you hear us, we also know that we have the requests that we ask of you! In Jesus' name we ask. Amen! Blessed be the name of the Lord!
Father, I want to pray for Leah, who is still held by Boko Haram. Give her much grace and strength as she endures this trial. Please help her to continue trusting in You, with unwavering faith, and if it is Your Will, that she would be released soon. I pray this in Your Name, Amen.
Dear Father, I pray for the release of Leah. While she is captive, continue to give her peace, strength, and perseverance. Protect her from the evil of this group. Send dreams and visions to her captors to lead them to you and to release Leah. In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
Lord Jesus, I pray that you will protect your sheep. Keep them from all harm. Hold them in your arms. Give them comfort. I pray your word will cover the earth, and all will know of your love and truth and light. Let those who are suffering for your names sake know that they are not forgotten and that many of your children are praying for them.
In Jesus name, Amen.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, I pray the Lord Jesus will give you strength to endure hardship. Praying God will be near to protect you and your children. Lord Jesus, I praise you with the family and friends of eight Christian workers in India that the men, charged with forceful conversion, were finally acquitted of all charges.
Lord, I am joining my fellow prayer partners on behalf of Mission India and want to offer prayer for these ministry partners, as they continue to share the Good News to those in India. I ask you give them strength to stand firm in the Lord as they seek to bring hope to the lost in this great country. Thank you Lord Jesus for hearing my prayer. In Jesus name, Amen
Heavenly Father, I pray for those mourning the loss of their friend, co-worker, and family member, Li Baiguang. I especially remember Li's wife and son asking that you will comfort them in the days to come. I also pray for the churches in China that are reaching out with the Gospel of Christ despite the hardships they face. Please have mercy your children, wrap your arms of love around them and meet their every need. I ask this all in Jesus' strong name, Amen
In the recent past the Lord impressed on my heart to pray for the persecuted Christians on a daily basis. Today I am asking the Lord to comfort those are being persecuted and are in fear of persecution, for those who have lost loved ones. Today I read Matt:14 v. 27 NLT But Jesus spoke to them at once. “It’s all right” he said. “I am here! Don't Be afraid.” May these words of Jesus resonate in their hearts.
I pray for the blood covering of Jesus over me and my loved ones as I intercede for these persecuted Christians. Let them be brought before the Lord in the courts of Heaven. I decree and declare that they be given full justice AND restoration of lost property, lost rights and lost freedoms, by the blood of Jesus. May they be given protection and comfort by the Holy Spirit. May their faithfulness towards God be their exoneration and recompense in the Heavenly court, with Jesus as their advocate (lawyer) I decree justice for these Christians, in Jesus name. Thank you for speedy answers to prayers.
Lord I praise you for all of those people around the globe who are believers in you and your saving grace. Thank you that they continue to confess their faith in you, in spite of much persecution. Keep them safe Lord and please soften the hearts of the persecutors, to accept you as their Lord and Saviour also! Because of Jesus, Amen
Heavenly Father, based on your command, I bring before you our brothers and sisters who suffered physical harm when building a place of worship. O Lord God, heal their physical & emotional condition, strengthen their faith and show yourself strong on their behalf. Grant them the ability to love their persecutors in the Name of Jesus. May the Holy Spirit draw them closer to yourself, as well as their attackers. I ask this in Jesus Name, Amen
Father, I pray for the officials in these hostile countries have an encounter with the Living Lord Jesus Christ. I pray for the love that never runs out-it's the only love that doesn't stop. Permeate the spiritual and political structures because the truth is what sets us all free!
I just want you all to know that there are others who truly care for you. I have heard of your struggles and I know that God hears also. I am praying for you, and your loved ones, for strength, for courage, for provision, and for faith to be multiplied to you. We serve a loving God and He IS WITH YOU. Never forget that. My heart is also with you. You are never alone!
Father of all nations, I thank You for Your presence in Turkey, despite the persecution against believers. I pray against intimidation in Jesus' name and declare that [the enemy] may not operate to frighten and discourage the people of God in Turkey. I ask that Truth and justice reign as Your people seek to live godly lives in their country. Especially in the news media, may only truth be delivered; may lies be exposed, obvious and rejected by the general public, May they see instead that believers are an asset to their communities, favoured because of their strength and peace. Would You protect them from violence and destruction of property, and every other attempt to discourage or destroy them especially where they fellowship. I pray for all followers of Islam that they may know the Truth and that the Truth may set them free. I ask for dreams and visions and divine appointments that will persuade them without a doubt that there is a living and true God who cares about their every need and offers salvation to all; that Jesus Christ is indeed the Son of the Holy God of heaven. In Jesus' name I ask this, to Your glory, Lord.
Thank you for supplying our sister Asia Bibi with the grace she needs to withstand her imprisonment and the opposition that Christians experience for Your name's sake.
Please draw near to her and strengthen her with your presence and love.
Please bring about changes to Pakistan's anti-conversion laws, that freedom of religion may be enjoyed by all her citizens.
Please create a new spirit of openness and equity among Pakistani authorities, politicians, law makers and leaders that will produce laws that are just, and do not discriminate one group over another.
I pray in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord.
