HOST CHURCHES
What does a Host Church Do?
Host Churches provide a Place and People -- an auditorium and an audience.
What VOMC does:
- Brings a fully produced professional stage play for your church - and your community. This is big. This is a regional event -- because the immersive experience awakens, affirms, challenges and inspires audience members in their own walk with Christ, and with His persecuted church worldwide.
- Provides a complete promotional kit: customized posters, flyers, videos, photos, news release, website. This is an area-wide event. Will you open your doors?
- Mans a post-show lobby display with literature and knowledgeable people. Audience members are invited to sign up for the news & prayer updates.
- Accepts contributions towards the expenses of the evening (normally an offering).
What the Host Church does:
- Ownership: Presents your event as part of your church's life and mission to your community (this is an area-wide event).
- Generates a minimum attendance of 100. See #2, above.
- 1. Provides an auditorium with a minimum platform footprint of 15' deep at centre stage (for rear projector) by 18' wide centre stage, with a minimum ceiling of 11'. Centre stage is a fixed set unit: 12' wide x 4’ deep x 10'7" high. The first 4 or 5 feet of depth nearest the audience could be a step or two lower. Multi-level or assymetrical platform? Send us a floor plan: we might be able to adapt -- if you can provide 18' wide x 15' deep from centre stage at several levels.
- Promote the event, to a reasonable extent to your congregation - and beyond (neighbouring churches, denominational sister churches, ministerial association, bookstores, etc). We supply promo materials (see above)
